CCI Asia-Pacific Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1975 to address China's anticipated demand for international business and technical information. CCI was a pioneer among publishers of business to business magazines for the China market, beginning well before the formal announcement of China's Open Door Policy in 1979.
